
Orient Green Power announced that its subsidiary, Delta Renewable Energy Private Limited, has signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract with Remon Solutions Private Limited for a 7.00 MW AC (9.80 MW DC) solar power project. The project will be developed in Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu.
This domestic contract marks a significant step forward in Orient Green Power’s renewable energy expansion. The project is expected to be completed within five months from the completion of land registration, with an estimated development cost of ₹40 crore. The agreement reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable energy solutions in India.
In the meantime, Orient Green Power shares opened at ₹15.24 and climbed to a high of ₹15.81 during today’s trading session, before touching a low of ₹14.94. The stock remains well below its 52-week high of ₹23.43 but above the 52-week low of ₹10.96.
