NDR Auto Components Limited has announced its plans to acquire approximately 25 acres of land at Maharashtra Industrial Township Limited (MITL), Aurangabad Industrial City (AURIC), Bidkin, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The acquisition, valued at ₹37.63 crore, is intended to support the company’s future expansion efforts.
This strategic move was approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on October 4, 2024. NDR Auto Components has not yet disclosed specific details regarding the future expansion plan, but further updates are expected following the completion of the land acquisition.
