The company confirmed that these projects fall under its normal course of business and span redevelopment, renovation, and construction assignments across several Indian cities.

The filing provides a detailed list of five projects awarded to NBCC by government bodies and professional institutions:

1. Redevelopment of Tulsi Niketan, Ghaziabad

  • Client: Ghaziabad Development Authority
  • Value: ₹642.82 crore
  • Nature of Work: Redevelopment project under Project Management Consultancy
  • This is the largest order in the batch, accounting for more than 96% of the total value.

2. Renovation Works for ICAI (Multiple Locations)

  • Client: The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)
  • Value: ₹4.05 crore
  • Scope: Renovation of Hyderabad COE, repair of EIRC Building (Kolkata), and interior development for Kottayam Chapter

3. Renovation of Guest House at NFSU Delhi Campus

  • Client: National Forensic Science University
  • Value: ₹6.95 crore
  • Scope: Guest house renovation under PMC model

4. Construction of New Building for ICSI, Kanpur

  • Client: Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

NBCC clarified that all projects are domestic and none fall under related-party transactions.
