NBCC bags two contracts for major infrastructure projects worth Rs 851.69 crore

NBCC (India) Limited, a premier government-owned construction company, has recently been awarded two significant projects, further strengthening its position in the infrastructure and real estate sector. The total contract value of these projects stands at ₹851.69 crore (excluding GST).

1. Township & Administrative Building Construction – ₹776.75 Cr
NBCC will undertake the construction of buildings and associated works for a township across Durgapur, Koderma, and Raghunathpur, along with an administrative building at New Town, Kolkata. This project is awarded by Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) and is expected to enhance infrastructure in these regions.

2. Maintenance of New Moti Bagh GPRA Complex – ₹74.94 Cr
NBCC has also secured a maintenance contract for the prestigious New Moti Bagh GPRA Complex in Delhi for two years (FY 2025-26 & 2026-27). This project, awarded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, reaffirms NBCC’s expertise in facility management and urban development.

In the meantime, NBCC shares opened today at ₹86.16, reaching a high of ₹87.00 and a low of ₹81.29. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹139.83, while its 52-week low is ₹70.07. As of 1:15 PM, the shares were trading 4.31% lower at Rs 82.05.
