Mphasis partners with Plaksha University to launch DS Brar Center for Girls and Women in STEM

Mphasis Limited, in collaboration with Plaksha University, announced the launch of the DS Brar Center for Girls and Women in STEM. This initiative aims to address gender disparities in STEM fields by providing mentorship, accelerator programs, and masterclasses for women entrepreneurs. The center will also introduce a 3-month fellowship titled “She Innovates,” offering comprehensive support for women in STEM.

The center seeks to bridge the gender gap by fostering partnerships among academia, government, and industry. The fellowship program will focus on equipping women with innovative solutions, leadership skills, and entrepreneurial resources.

Prof. Rudra Pratap, Vice Chancellor of Plaksha University, emphasized the importance of creating an inclusive environment that empowers women to thrive in STEM fields.
