MOIL Limited has announced revisions to the prices of different grades of manganese ore and other products, effective from October 1, 2024. The changes, in line with the company’s practice of revising prices quarterly, are applicable for the 3rd quarter of FY 2024-25 (October-December).
Key Price Changes
- Ferro Grades (Mn-44% and Above): The prices of all ferro grades of manganese ore with a manganese content of 44% and above have been decreased by 20% from the prevailing prices since September 1, 2024. The price change took effect from midnight on September 30/October 1, 2024, for the month of October.
- Other Ferro Grades (Below Mn-44%): The prices of all ferro grades of manganese ore with manganese content below 44% have been increased by 5% from the prevailing prices since September 1, 2024. The change was effective from midnight on September 30/October 1, 2024, for the month of October.
- SMGR, Fines, and Chemical Grades: The prices of SMGR (Mn-30% & Mn-25%), fines, and chemical grades have been increased by 5% from the prevailing prices since September 1, 2024. This adjustment took effect from midnight on September 30/October 1, 2024, for the month of October.
- EMD Basic Price: The basic price of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide (EMD) remains unchanged at ₹2,05,000 per metric ton for the month of October 2024.
