M&B Engineering Ltd announced on Friday that it has bagged a sizable export order worth approximately Rs 212 crore (USD 24.14 million) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Phenix Construction Technologies Inc., USA, for the design, engineering, manufacturing, and supply of pre-engineered buildings and structural steel to a customer in the United States .

The company said in its filing to the exchanges that the project comes with a 39-week execution timeline, along with a 10% advance payment clause, and other standard terms and conditions.
While the name of the customer remains undisclosed due to confidentiality agreements, the company confirmed that this order is from an international entity and does not involve any related-party transactions.

“This order reinforces M&B Engineering’s growing global footprint and strong execution capabilities in the international markets,” said Chirag H. Patel, Joint Managing Director of M&B Engineering Ltd, in the exchange communication.

The Ahmedabad-based company’s wholly-owned US subsidiary, Phenix Construction Technologies, specializes in pre-engineered steel structures and has been instrumental in expanding M&B’s overseas business operations.
