This collaboration combines Qualcomm’s Snapdragon® Digital Chassis™ solutions with MapmyIndia’s expertise to deliver cutting-edge automotive connectivity and services for both four-wheeler (4W) and two-wheeler (2W) markets in India and beyond.
MapmyIndia will utilize Qualcomm’s Snapdragon® Auto Connectivity Platform to develop telematics solutions tailored to the unique needs of Indian automakers. The goal is to provide affordable yet high-quality connectivity, especially for mid-tier and low-tier vehicles, with an emphasis on safety and convenience for the mass market.
Moreover, the collaboration will integrate Snapdragon® Car-to-Cloud Services with MapmyIndia’s MAPPLS automotive services, enabling a software-defined vehicle framework. This will support device management, data, maps, navigation, and services for 2W, 4W, and commercial vehicles using Snapdragon Digital Chassis solutions.
The unified platform offers a seamless, personalized experience for end-users, helping OEMs scale, customize, and provide intuitive applications and APIs. This partnership aims to revolutionize the connected automotive ecosystem in India, driving the next wave of innovation and enhancing the overall driving experience.
