Lupin Digital Health (LDH), the digital therapeutics arm of Lupin Limited, has launched a comprehensive Post-Procedure Home-Based Care Guide to support cardiac patients in their recovery journey after major procedures. The announcement was made at India Live 2025, an annual gathering of top interventional cardiologists from the Asia-Pacific region, held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
Developed in collaboration with the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and co-authored by leading cardiologists including Dr. JPS Sawhney, Dr. Prafulla Kerkar, Dr. Harikrishnan, and Dr. Aditya Kapoor, this guide aims to provide evidence-based recovery tools for patients recovering from conditions like Heart Failure (HF), Arrhythmia, PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), and CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting).
“This initiative underscores our patient-first approach,” said Rajeev Sibal, President – India Region Formulations, Lupin. “By empowering patients and caregivers with structured guidance, we are promoting better recovery outcomes.”
Sidharth Srinivasan, CEO of Lupin Digital Health, emphasized the growing importance of digital care: “As the burden of cardiovascular diseases rises in India, these guides are essential for smoother transitions from hospital to home, improving medication adherence and reducing readmissions.”
The guides incorporate lifestyle tips, symptom tracking, medication management, and rehabilitation resources. Experts believe such structured support will enhance quality of life and reduce complications during recovery.
This launch is part of LDH’s broader mission to redefine chronic disease management in India. Their flagship platform, LYFE, already delivers AI-powered remote care and cardiac rehabilitation, integrated with hospitals and insurance providers.
