Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has announced that its Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has secured a significant order from Brigade Group to construct residential and commercial towers in Hyderabad and Chennai. This marks the largest residential project received by L&T from a private customer.
The awarded projects include:
- Brigade Gateway Residences, Hyderabad: This will consist of two luxury towers at Neopolis, Kokapet, with a towering configuration of 5B+G+57 floors, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in Hyderabad.
- Brigade World Trade Centre, Hyderabad: A commercial tower rising over 200 meters with a configuration of 5B+G+50 floors. This mixed-use development will also house retail spaces and a five-star hotel, “Brigade Neopolis.”
- Brigade Altius, Chennai: A prestigious residential project comprising three signature towers with 6 parking levels and 39 apartment floors.
- Brigade Morgan Heights, Chennai: The project includes ten luxury towers with four parking levels and apartment floors ranging between 11 to 21 stories.
All projects will be executed on a design-and-build basis with stringent timelines.
