Kranti Industries Limited announced that it has received approval to commence full-scale commercial production of heavy-duty gearbox housings for Bonfiglioli Transmission Private Limited, a global leader in gearmotors and drive systems.
In a filing with the BSE, the company stated that the gearbox housing samples, submitted in April 2025, were approved on the first attempt (First Time Right) — a milestone that underscores Kranti’s engineering capabilities and quality assurance standards.
With this approval, Kranti Industries will now scale up production in line with Bonfiglioli’s demand forecasts. The annual order value is estimated at approximately ₹6.84 crore, marking the company’s entry into a new product category.
