This acquisition was completed through a secondary purchase, with the total cost amounting to ₹2.25 crore.

Arunodaya Hospitals, incorporated in 2008, operates as a multispecialty healthcare provider, offering treatments across cardiology, nephrology, and pediatrics, among others. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, the hospital reported a turnover of ₹38.09 crore. The acquisition aligns with KIMS’s strategic focus on strengthening its portfolio in the healthcare industry.
