Just Dial Ltd on April 13 informed the exchanges that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, Abhishek Bansal, has resigned from his position, effective April 15, 2026.
The resignation comes after nearly 12 years of association with the company, including over eight years in the role of CFO.
In his resignation letter, Bansal cited personal career considerations, including plans to take a short professional break and explore opportunities outside the company. He clarified that his decision is not linked to the company’s operations, financial reporting, audit processes, or governance matters.
Just Dial, in its regulatory filing, stated that the board has taken note of the resignation and placed on record its appreciation for Bansal’s contributions during his tenure.
The company also confirmed that Bansal will continue to discharge his duties until his last working day to ensure a smooth transition and handover of responsibilities.
The development was disclosed as part of the outcome of the board meeting held on April 13, 2026.
