ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has entered into a Master Service Agreement with Zomato Hyperpure Private Limited (“Zomato”) to provide manpower services for a period of two years. This agreement marks a significant milestone for ITCONS, further strengthening its business relationship with Zomato.
Under the terms of this agreement, ITCONS will supply manpower as per the scope of work raised by Zomato from time to time. The contract is structured as a master service agreement, allowing flexibility in the quantum and number of resources based on Zomato’s evolving requirements throughout the contract period.
Zomato Hyperpure Private Limited, a domestic entity, is the awarding party of this contract. The two-year engagement reflects a strategic partnership aimed at supporting Zomato’s operational needs with qualified manpower solutions.
