ITCONS E-Solutions inks 3-year Master Service Agreement with Lorvenk Technologies for global technical support services

ITCONS E-Solutions Limited announced today that it has entered into a significant Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Lorvenk Technologies, an international entity, to provide specialized technical and support services.

The scope of work under this agreement includes AD/Inventory Analysis, Data Cleansing & Preparation, and Entitlement Analysis, and is set for a duration of three years.

The company, in its stock exchange filing dated April 28, 2025, stated that the agreement marks a major achievement and further strengthens its strategic partnership with Lorvenk Technologies LLC. The agreement, categorized as an international order, is structured to allow flexible resource deployment based on client requirements over the period.

Importantly, ITCONS E-Solutions clarified that the deal does not involve any related party transactions, nor do the promoters or promoter group have any vested interest in Lorvenk Technologies.

This move is expected to boost ITCONS’ global footprint and reinforce its capabilities in offering advanced IT and support solutions to international clients.
