ITCONS E-Solutions Limited has announced that it has secured a new contract from the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DoT) under the Ministry of Communications. The disclosure was made through an official filing dated December 2, 2025.

According to the filing, the company will provide 10 resources to C-DoT for a period of one year, beginning January 1, 2026, and continuing until December 31, 2026, with the option of extension based on mutual agreement. The total contract value stands at Rs 30,59,653.5, inclusive of all taxes and duties.

The contract falls under manpower outsourcing services and has been awarded by a domestic government entity. ITCONS stated that this development marks a “significant milestone” and reflects continued trust from government agencies. The company also confirmed that neither the promoter group nor related parties have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions.

This update has been submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, along with details mandated under the SEBI Master Circular issued on November 11, 2024.
