Insolation Energy has announced a major business development with its wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, securing fresh sale orders worth ₹516.05 crore, inclusive of GST. The deal significantly strengthens the company’s order book and reinforces its growing presence in India’s rapidly expanding solar manufacturing ecosystem.

The new orders include a large ₹357 crore purchase order from a well-established independent power producer for the supply of N-Type Topcon Solar PV modules. This technology has been gaining strong momentum globally for its higher efficiency, and the order indicates rising domestic adoption by leading renewable developers.

In addition to this, the subsidiary has also received purchase orders totalling ₹159.05 crore for the supply of Solar PV modules under the Government of India’s PM-KUSUM programme. These modules will be deployed across multiple project sites in Andhra Pradesh, further supporting the scheme’s objective of promoting decentralized solar power and empowering farmers through clean-energy solutions.

The company confirmed that all the orders have been awarded by reputed domestic entities, with no related-party involvement. Execution will take place across the financial years 2025 to 2027, offering strong revenue visibility for the period.

Insolation Energy stated that the combined deal value of ₹516.05 crore reflects rising demand for high-quality solar modules in India as the country accelerates its renewable energy transition.
