Infosys Limited has announced the incorporation of a new step-down wholly-owned subsidiary named Infosys BPM Netherlands B.V., according to its regulatory filing dated March 25, 2025. This move aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its global footprint and strengthen its business process management capabilities in the European region.
As per the filing, the subsidiary has been incorporated in the Netherlands with a nominal share capital of one euro, and is entirely held by Infosys BPM UK Limited, which is itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited. The business registration extract was received on March 24, 2025, while the incorporation was completed on March 20, 2025.
The new entity will operate in the Information Technology and IT-enabled Services sector. Infosys clarified that this development does not involve any related party transactions and is fully owned within the existing Infosys group structure.
No regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation, and the move is seen as part of Infosys’ routine global expansion to serve clients better and enhance operational efficiency.
