Infosys Limited has announced the incorporation of a new step-down subsidiary, Infosys BPM Netherlands B.V., under its UK-based subsidiary Infosys BPM UK Limited. The move is aimed at enhancing Infosys’ presence in the European market through its Business Process Management (BPM) vertical.
According to a regulatory filing, the newly incorporated entity was registered on March 20, 2025, and the official business registration extract was received on March 24, 2025. The subsidiary will operate in the Information Technology and IT-enabled Services sector.
While the percentage of shareholding stands at 100% (through its step-down structure), Infosys clarified that there is no immediate capital infusion or subscription cost applicable at this stage.
