Infosys has recently announced a collaboration with zooplus, a prominent European e-commerce firm headquartered in Munich, Germany, to enhance service capability and scalability. The collaboration will set up a modern Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India.
zooplus will use Infosys Topaz, an AI-first service that uses generative AI technology, to assist the firm boost AI innovation and growth, expanding e-commerce capabilities and improving operational efficiency. The collaboration will help in strengthening its marketing, e-commerce and supply chain capabilities. It will help zooplus by boosting its product management, technology, quality, design and engineering capabilities, as well as establishing a new order management system.
Infosys was chosen for its unique AI-first strategy and dedication to increasing productivity while achieving cost efficiencies. The GCC will use Infosys’ data-driven expertise and innovative capabilities to play a critical role in upgrading zooplus’ customer experience, greatly improving its technology and value chain capabilities.
