Infosys and Proximus Group expand partnership on CPaaS and Digital Identity Solutions

Infosys and Proximus Group, a leading digital services provider in Belgium, have announced an expanded strategic collaboration focused on new business opportunities and improving customer experience.

This collaboration will leverage Proximus Group’s Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), through Route Mobile, and Digital Identity (DI) solutions via Telesign, combined with Infosys’ digital services. The partnership aims to enhance omnichannel customer engagement and implement AI-driven digital assistants, with a focus on improving digital security through DI and fraud protection solutions.

Antonietta Mastroianni, Chief Digital & IT Officer at Proximus, stated that the collaboration will build on the companies’ expertise to improve customer experiences. Rajdip Gupta, CEO of Route Mobile, noted that the integration of Route Mobile’s CPaaS with Infosys’ digital services aligns with Proximus’ growth plans.

Christophe Van de Weyer, CEO of Telesign, emphasized the role of this partnership in integrating digital identity solutions into fraud prevention systems. Upendra Kohli, Executive Vice President at Infosys, added that the expanded relationship with Proximus will focus on improving customer engagement and security.

The collaboration aims to strengthen both companies’ digital offerings and support business growth, targeting customers in Belgium and international markets.
