HCL Technologies declare interim dividend: Check amount, record date, payout date, time and more

HCL Technologies has announced an interim dividend of ₹18 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend is based on a face value of ₹2 per share, amounting to a 900% payout.

The company stated that the record date for determining shareholder eligibility is April 28, 2025. The payment of the dividend will be made on May 6, 2025.

This announcement marks HCLTech’s 89th consecutive quarter of dividend payout, reaffirming the company’s consistent approach to shareholder returns.


Q4 FY25 Performance:

HCL Technologies reported a steady performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. The company’s INR revenue stood at ₹30,246 crore, showing a 1.2% sequential growth and 6.1% rise year-on-year (YoY). However, in constant currency (CC) terms, revenue fell 0.8% QoQ, although still registering a 2.9% YoY increase.

USD revenue was reported at $3,498 million, down 1% QoQ but up 2% YoY. Within this, services revenue rose 0.7% QoQ and 2.7% YoY in constant currency.

Digital business momentum remained strong, with Digital CC revenue up 12.6% YoY, contributing 40.7% of the total services revenue. HCLSoftware’s ARR reached $1.03 billion, up 1.8% YoY in CC terms.

  • EBIT stood at ₹5,442 crore, down 6.5% QoQ but up 8.4% YoY

  • Net Profit was ₹4,307 crore, down 6.2% QoQ, up 8.1% YoY
