Havells India Q4 results: Revenue up 20.24% YoY to Rs 6,543.56 crore, Net profit rises 16%

Havells India reported a robust performance for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, with revenue from operations climbing 20.8% year-on-year to Rs 6,543.56 crore compared to Rs 5,442.02 crore in Q4 FY24. The company also recorded a 15.9% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit, which rose to Rs 517 crore in Q4 FY25, up from Rs 446.70 crore in the same quarter last year.

Total income stood at Rs 6,612.28 crore for Q4 FY25, while total expenses increased to Rs 5,911.39 crore from Rs 4,918.50 crore in Q4 FY24. Despite higher raw material and employee costs, the company maintained operational profitability with profit before tax at Rs 700.89 crore, reflecting a 17% YoY growth.

For the full financial year FY25, Havells India posted revenue from operations of Rs 21,778.06 crore, up from Rs 18,590.01 crore in FY24, marking a YoY growth of 17.1%. Net profit for the year stood at Rs 1,470.24 crore, compared to Rs 1,270.76 crore in FY24.

Dividend announcement

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 6 per equity share (face value Re 1), representing 600% for FY25. This final dividend is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 4 per share declared earlier during the year, bringing the total dividend payout for the year to Rs 10 per share.
