Hathway Cable and Datacom posted a net profit of ₹34.80 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, registering a flat from ₹34.57 crore in the year-ago period. The sequential profit, however, more than doubled from ₹13.64 crore in Q3 FY25.
Revenue from operations stood at ₹513.15 crore for Q4 FY25, up 4% YoY compared to ₹493.37 crore in Q4 FY24 and slightly higher than ₹511.15 crore in Q3 FY25. Including other income of ₹33.45 crore, total income for the quarter came in at ₹546.60 crore.
Total expenses rose to ₹510.15 crore during the quarter, as compared to ₹493.52 crore in the same period last year. Pay channel costs increased to ₹254.02 crore, while depreciation and amortization expenses stood at ₹87.45 crore.
For the full financial year FY25, Hathway reported a net profit of ₹92.54 crore, down from ₹99.29 crore in FY24. Total income for the year stood at ₹2,146.35 crore, up marginally from ₹2,118.95 crore last year, while expenses also increased to ₹2,036.30 crore.
The company’s profit before tax for FY25 was ₹124.98 crore, compared to ₹141.55 crore in the previous year.
