Firstsource Solutions Q4 results: Revenue surges 29.8% YoY to Rs 21,677.68 crore,  Net profit rises 20.3% YoY

Firstsource Solutions Limited (FSL) announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), reporting a steady growth in profitability and revenues.

For Q4 FY25, the company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹160.6 crore, marginally higher from ₹160.3 crore in Q3 FY25 and up from ₹133.5 crore in the same quarter last year (Q4 FY24).

The company’s total income stood at ₹2,163.6 crore for the quarter, a 29.3% year-on-year (YoY) jump compared to ₹1,673.3 crore in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations rose 29.8% YoY to ₹2,167.7 crore against ₹1,669.3 crore a year ago.

Meanwhile, total expenses increased to ₹1,961.8 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to ₹1,513.9 crore in Q4 FY24, primarily due to higher employee benefits and operating expenses.

Firstsource’s profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter came in at ₹201.7 crore, growing from ₹159.2 crore in Q4 FY24. Tax expenses for the period stood at ₹410.3 crore.

Full-Year FY25 Highlights:

  • Revenue from operations for FY25 stood at ₹7,972.1 crore, up from ₹6,332.5 crore in FY24.

  • Net profit for FY25 increased to ₹594.5 crore compared to ₹514.7 crore reported in the previous year.

  • Total comprehensive income stood at ₹637.7 crore for FY25 against ₹565.1 crore in FY24.
