Eraaya Lifespaces’ subsidiary, EbixCash, has marked a significant milestone by securing two major contracts in the IT and transportation sectors. These agreements reflect the growing influence of EbixCash in digital transformation and infrastructure management in India.
1. ₹335 Million Contract with KSRTC for Electronic Ticketing System
EbixCash has successfully secured a ₹335 million, five-year contract with the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC). This partnership will see the deployment of a state-of-the-art electronic ticketing system across 8,000 buses. The contract is a substantial step forward in modernizing KSRTC’s operations, enhancing passenger convenience, and improving revenue management.
2. ₹1,000 Million Contract with ITI Limited for Data Center Operations
In addition to the KSRTC deal, EbixCash has also secured a ₹1,000 million, five-year contract with ITI Limited for data center operations and management. This strategic collaboration will empower ITI Limited with cutting-edge data management solutions, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency, security, and scalability of their IT infrastructure.
