DOMS Industries Limited announced today that it has extended the timeline for acquiring an additional 13% stake in its subsidiary Pioneer Stationery Private Limited. The acquisition, initially scheduled for completion by April 30, 2025, will now be finalized on or before July 31, 2025.
In a regulatory filing to both BSE and NSE, DOMS Industries confirmed that the extension comes after mutual agreement between the Gala Group shareholders and the company. All other terms and conditions outlined in the earlier communication dated March 27, 2025, remain unchanged.
The acquisition move forms part of DOMS Industries’ broader strategy to consolidate its position within the stationery segment by increasing its shareholding in Pioneer Stationery Private Limited.
The company has assured stakeholders that the updated timeline will not affect the underlying strategic objectives of the deal.
