Dilip Buildcon bags order worth Rs 1341 crore

Dilip Buildcon recently informed exchanges that the company has declared as an L-1 bidder for the tender floated by the Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd. on Engineering, Procurement & Construction basis in the state of Kerela. The order is worth Rs 1341 crore and the completion period is 48 months.

The scope of construction includes a four-lane approach road from Km 0.460 to Km 8.735, providing a direct connection between Anakkampoyil, Kalladi and Meppadi. The project’s entire length is 8.275 kilometres, and it will be completed through Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

In the exchange filing, the company also shared, “As per Company’s Code of conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries shall be closed till 48 hours from the date the said information generally made available with the public.”
