The registration, bearing number HRERA-PKL-SNP-676-2025, was granted on March 19, 2025, for its residential project ‘Indiabulls Green Avenue’ in Sector 2, Kharkhauda, District Sonipat, Haryana.
The company stated that this approval would facilitate the monetization of its real estate assets and provide liquidity. The registration is subject to certain terms and conditions outlined in the certification. The license is co-terminus with the one granted by the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana.
Dhani Services’ latest move highlights its continued efforts to expand its presence in the real estate sector. The company expects this development to support its broader financial strategy, enabling a structured monetization of assets while complying with regulatory norms.
