Dev Information Technology Limited (DEV IT) on Wednesday informed stock exchanges that it has secured a new order worth approximately Rs 96 lakh from the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA). The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the company’s filing, the order involves the supply, installation and activation of AutoCAD software for AUDA. The deployment is aimed at strengthening urban planning and design capabilities across multiple infrastructure segments, including roads, utilities, public spaces and buildings.
DEV IT stated that the software will enable high-precision 2D drafting and 3D modelling, improved visualisation for scenario analysis, and better integration with GIS and BIM systems to support data-driven planning decisions. The tools are also expected to enhance collaboration between architects, engineers, planners and government officials, while supporting compliance, governance and audit requirements.
The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and is structured as a fixed-cost contract. The company indicated that the execution period for the project is expected to be around 15 days.
DEV IT further clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group has any interest in AUDA and that the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
The company has offices across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Canada, and provides services in cloud solutions, managed IT services, digital transformation and enterprise applications.
