
CRISIL Ltd has reported a strong set of numbers for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, with net profit rising 16% year-on-year to ₹159.8 crore, compared to ₹137.7 crore in the same period last year. The company’s performance was supported by healthy growth in revenue and improved operating efficiency.
Revenue during the March quarter stood at ₹813.2 crore, up 10.2% from ₹737.7 crore in Q4 FY24. Operating performance also showed notable improvement, with EBITDA increasing 20.8% to ₹232 crore versus ₹192 crore a year ago.
EBITDA margin expanded to 28.5% in Q4 FY25, from 26% in the same period last year, reflecting better cost control and robust demand for CRISIL’s analytics, ratings, and risk management solutions.
The results highlight CRISIL’s ability to maintain growth momentum across its service lines in a dynamic economic environment.
