Coforge Limited has announced a strategic partnership with VHC Health under which it will serve as the healthcare provider’s Digital and IT Services partner. The agreement marks Coforge’s expansion in the healthcare provider segment and strengthens its Provider Experience Management capabilities.
As part of the partnership, Coforge will act as an end-to-end transformation partner across infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace, and cybersecurity services. The scope of work includes exiting legacy data centres and migrating to Amazon Web Services (AWS), transforming the network architecture, and implementing hi-trust security measures aimed at strengthening cyber resilience. The engagement is structured to support long-term and scalable digital transformation aligned with clinical and operational priorities.
The transformation roadmap will begin with the implementation of IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow. This will be followed by the deployment of Coforge’s AI-driven EvolveOps.AI and SecureOps platforms to enhance service availability, operational resilience, and security. The operating framework is designed to support a proactive, outcomes-driven model, with delivery enabled through a hybrid structure tailored to healthcare provider requirements.
The partnership also emphasizes a caregiver-focused approach aimed at improving service quality while supporting technology modernization. The model prioritizes system reliability and security through AI-powered operations, onshore digital workplace support, and focused teams that address clinician and patient experience requirements. The collaboration is intended to enable secure and reliable digital infrastructure to support care delivery across VHC Health’s organization.
