CEAT Q4 FY25 Results: Revenue rises 14% to Rs 3,420 crore, Net profit drops 8.4% YoY

Tyre manufacturer CEAT Limited reported a 8.4% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 99.49 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 (Q4 FY25), compared to Rs 108.56 crore in the same quarter last year.

However, revenue from operations for the quarter rose 14.3% YoY to Rs 3,420.62 crore, up from Rs 2,991.85 crore in Q4 FY24, supported by higher volumes and steady market demand.

Commentary:

The decline in Q4 profit was primarily due to higher input and operational costs, even as revenue growth remained strong. Other expenses rose to Rs 667.73 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to Rs 658.52 crore in the previous quarter.

Despite the margin pressure, CEAT’s consistent topline growth underlines the company’s robust market presence and operational resilience.
