Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from TenX Realty Limited, acting on behalf of Raymond Limited, for a total contract value of approximately ₹537.00 crore, excluding GST. The order pertains to the construction of “Towers F, G, NTA” and a “Retail Building” under the ‘Address by GS-3 Project’ and ‘Invictus-2 Project’ located in Thane (West).
The contract marks a significant addition to Capacit’e Infraprojects’ order book and reflects continued business from Raymond’s real estate division. TenX Realty Limited, a step-down subsidiary of Raymond Limited, has entrusted Capacit’e with the execution of key structural and construction works for these developments in Thane, one of the prominent residential hubs within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The projects involve the development of high-rise residential towers along with a retail component, indicating a mixed-use development approach. Thane (West) has emerged as a preferred real estate destination due to its connectivity, infrastructure growth and increasing housing demand, making it a strategic location for large-scale residential and commercial developments.
Commenting on the development, Managing Director Rahul Katyal stated that the company is pleased to receive repeat orders from Raymond Limited’s Realty Division through TenX Realty Limited. The management indicated that the repeat mandate underscores the strength of the partnership and the company’s consistent execution capabilities. Capacit’e expressed confidence in delivering the project within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality standards.
