
Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a plotted residential project in Malur, located in East Bengaluru. The project will span approximately 20 acres and is expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of around ₹175 crore. The total development potential is estimated at 0.45 million square feet.
This initiative marks Brigade Group’s first plotted development project in East Bengaluru. The company aims to expand its presence in one of Bengaluru’s growing residential corridors.
Malur is situated along the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and Chennai Expressway, which provide connectivity to key areas across the city. The location has seen increased interest due to improving infrastructure and accessibility, making it a viable option for residential development.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises Limited, stated that the company continues to focus on acquiring land parcels aligned with its long-term development goals. She highlighted Malur’s strategic location and its potential to attract homebuyers seeking connected and affordable housing options outside the city center.
