Bondada Engineering Limited has recently informed exchanges that the company received two EPC contracts totalling Rs. 1132.25 crore from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited for solar PV power plant projects in Maharashtra.
The contracts include project design, engineering, supply, erection, testing and commissioning, with a 9-month to 1-year completion timeline. These contracts are not related party transactions.
