Bharat Agri Fert & Realty has shared details on its expansion plan for the hospitality division, focusing on enhancing the ANCHAVIYO Resort to position it as a premier destination for weddings and corporate events. As part of the expansion, the resort will see an increase in capacity with 130 additional rooms across Executive, Deluxe, Suite, and Premium Presidential Suites. Key facilities will include a 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant, a sports bar with arcade games, a luxurious state-of-the-art spa, and a 28,000 sq. ft. open-air mandap for large-scale events.
The resort will also feature a new employee colony and a stunning island pool designed by renowned architects. A 10,000 sq. ft. banquet hall will accommodate various events, enhancing the overall guest experience. The expansion will be complete by March 2026, with an estimated capex of ₹85 crores.
Bharat Agri Fert & Realty expects to generate annual revenues of ₹111 crores by FY 2026-27 upon the expansion’s completion. The company is receiving strong support, with ₹25 crores in funding already secured from NKGSB Bank, and an additional ₹32.5 crores expected from other banking partners by the end of 2024. The Government of India’s “Wed in India” initiative further provides fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, including capital subsidies, lower energy tariffs, and GST reimbursements.
In addition to the existing amenities, the expansion will include extensive recreational offerings like ATV biking, kayaking, and an island with waterfalls, providing a comprehensive and luxurious experience for guests.
