Berger Paints India Limited has informed the exchanges about the untimely demise of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari, Vice President & Group Head Manufacturing, on Saturday, 13th September 2025. Tiwari was part of the company’s core management team and was also classified as a designated person under SEBI regulations.
In its statement, the company described his passing as an irreparable loss and conveyed deep sympathy and condolences to his family on behalf of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, MD & CEO, the Board, and all employees.
The company confirmed that his cessation from role is effective from September 13, 2025. No further disclosures on succession or replacement have been made yet.
This development comes as a significant setback to Berger Paints, given Tiwari’s leadership role in manufacturing and operations at the group level.
