Ashoka Buildcon secures Rs 192.69 crore contract from Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company

The contract involves the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of new 11 KV lines, LT lines with AB cables, distribution transformer substations, and supporting infrastructure such as double poles (DPs), triple poles (TPs), and crossings.

Ashoka Buildcon Limited has secured a significant contract from Madhya Pradesh Poorv Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited (MPPKVVCL), Jabalpur, for the Feeder Separation Project. The company received the Notification of Award (NOA) for the project, with an accepted bid price of ₹192.69 crore, excluding GST. This project is financed by KfW and focuses on enhancing power distribution infrastructure in Madhya Pradesh.

The contract involves the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of new 11 KV lines, LT lines with AB cables, distribution transformer substations, and supporting infrastructure such as double poles (DPs), triple poles (TPs), and crossings. The work aims to separate 11 KV mixed feeders and mixed Distribution Transformer Rooms (DTRs) to improve the power distribution system’s efficiency. The project will be executed over a period of 24 calendar months.

Ashoka Buildcon confirmed that the contract is with a domestic entity and is unrelated to any related party transactions. The company’s promoters have no vested interest in the awarding entity. The company remains committed to completing the project within the stipulated time frame, ensuring high-quality execution.
