Ashok Leyland reported a solid rise in its November 2025 sales, with total domestic volumes climbing 32% year-on-year to 16,491 units, according to the company’s exchange filing dated December 1, 2025 .
The Hinduja Group company also released detailed segment-wise performance, highlighting sustained demand across medium & heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCVs) and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
Domestic Sales Performance – November 2025
Ashok Leyland’s domestic M&HCV truck sales rose 30% YoY to 8,576 units, compared to 6,609 units in November 2024. M&HCV bus sales were up 27% YoY at 1,662 units. Overall, the domestic M&HCV category recorded a 29% rise to 10,238 units .
The LCV segment also continued its strong trajectory, posting 37% YoY growth with 6,253 units sold versus 4,560 units last year. This pushed total domestic volumes to 16,491 units, up from 12,473 units in November 2024.
On a cumulative basis (April–November 2025), domestic sales rose 7% to 1,18,364 units, supported by 6% growth in M&HCVs and 10% growth in LCVs.
Domestic + Export Sales
Including exports, the company sold 18,272 units in November 2025, marking a 29% YoY rise from 14,137 units.
M&HCV trucks (global) rose 25%, while buses saw a sharp 35% jump to 2,729 units. Combined M&HCV volumes grew 27% to 11,681 units.
LCV global sales increased 33% year-on-year to 6,591 units .
Cumulative global sales for FY26 to date stood at 1,29,446 units, up 9% from the same period last year.
