
Ashiana Housing Ltd has announced its operational update for the second quarter of FY25, showing a significant increase in bookings and sales value.
Key highlights from Q2 FY25 include:
- Area Booked: 7.30 lakh sq. ft., up from 4.42 lakh sq. ft. in Q1 FY25 and 5.92 lakh sq. ft. in Q2 FY24.
- Value of Area Sold: INR 673.05 crore, a substantial rise compared to INR 235.32 crore in Q1 FY25 and INR 325.60 crore in Q2 FY24.
- Units Booked: 482 units were booked in Q2 FY25, compared to 313 units in Q1 FY25 and 416 units in Q2 FY24.
The company launched Ashiana Amarah Phase-4 in Q2 FY25, which saw the sale of 183 units covering 2.95 lakh sq. ft. and generating INR 421.98 crore in value. This phase comprises a total of 280 units (4.79 lakh sq. ft.).
In addition to Amarah Phase-4, the company sold 4.35 lakh sq. ft. in other projects, with a sales value of INR 251.07 crore, higher than the INR 235.32 crore recorded in Q1 FY25, despite a slight drop in area sold.
