Adani Wilmar appoints Shrikant Kanhere as deputy chief executive officer

Adani Wilmar has announced the appointment of Shrikant Kanhere as the deputy chief executive officer. He will take on this role in addition to his current responsibilities as the chief financial officer.

Shrikant Kanhere, who joined Adani Wilmar in 2013, brings over 25 years of experience across consulting, manufacturing, services and the FMCG sector. Before joining Adani Wilmar, he worked with Reliance Industries and Vodafone Digilink, adding to his extensive professional background.

In his new role, Shrikant Kanhere will work alongside COO Saumin Sheth and MD & CEO Angshu Mallick to oversee operations. Kanhere will focus on business development, investor relations and financial management, while Saumin Sheth will continue leading raw material sourcing, trading and manufacturing operations.

The company believes this management structure will help strengthen its focus on the next phase of growth.
