Adani Enterprises Ltd. has announced that its joint venture entity, Sirius Digitech Ltd., has completed the acquisition of the remaining 22.5% stake in Parserlabs India Private Limited (PIPL), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This follows the initial acquisition of a 77.5% stake in PIPL in July 2024.
Parserlabs, a technology firm specializing in Sovereign AI and cloud solutions, has been a key player in deep-tech innovations, catering to cloud providers, government departments, and telecom service providers. The acquisition aligns with Adani’s broader strategy of expanding its footprint in the data center and cloud services space.
The transaction, which was finalized on March 19, 2025, involved the purchase of 22,500 equity shares at ₹20,000 per share, amounting to a total investment of ₹45 crore. Sirius Digitech’s full acquisition of PIPL is expected to strengthen Adani Group’s capabilities in the rapidly growing AI and cloud computing industry.
For the financial year 2023-24, PIPL reported a revenue of ₹45.63 crore, marking a steady growth trajectory from ₹28.94 crore in FY23 and ₹12.09 crore in FY22.
This acquisition underscores Adani Enterprises’ commitment to bolstering its technological advancements, further solidifying its position in India’s evolving AI and cloud ecosystem.
