Adani Enterprises reported robust financial growth in Q2 FY25, driven by significant year-over-year (YoY) gains in both revenue and net profit.
- Revenue from Operations: The company posted a revenue of ₹22,608.07 crore, marking a 15.7% YoY increase from ₹19,546.25 crore in Q2 FY24. However, compared to ₹25,472.40 crore in Q1 FY25, this reflects an 11.2% QoQ decline.

- EBITDA: The company’s EBITDA for Q2 FY25 surged to ₹3,780 crore, up from ₹2,430 crore YoY, representing a substantial 55.6% YoY growth. The EBITDA margin improved significantly, reaching 16.7% compared to 10.79% in Q2 FY24, indicating enhanced operational efficiency.
