Adani Enterprises Limited has officially announced the amalgamation of two of its wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries, Adani Infrastructure Private Limited and Mundra Solar Technology Limited, with Adani New Industries Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
The amalgamation became effective on October 1, 2024, following the completion of all procedural formalities, including statutory filings in accordance with Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations. This strategic merger is part of Adani Enterprises’ ongoing efforts to streamline operations and enhance synergies within its subsidiaries.
This move further strengthens the company’s focus on infrastructure development and renewable energy sectors through its subsidiary, Adani New Industries Limited.
Adani Enterprises has requested that the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, take note of the amalgamation.
