Aartech has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an interim dividend of 5% (Re. 0.25 per equity share of Rs. 5 each) for the financial year 2023-24. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on September 5, 2024.
In addition to the dividend announcement, the board approved the reappointment of Mr. Amit Anil Raje as Managing Director and Mrs. Arati Nath as Chief Executive Officer for another five-year term, starting May 2025. The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2024, through video conferencing.
Key dates for shareholders to note include August 30, 2024, as the first cutoff for eligibility to receive the AGM notice, and September 23, 2024, for voting and dividend eligibility.
