Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances announced the resignation of its Managing Director, Rangarajan Sriram, as he moves to explore opportunities outside the organization, according to a regulatory filing on June 13. The company’s Board accepted his resignation and acknowledged his contributions during his tenure. Sriram will continue as an employee until August 7, 2024, to facilitate a seamless transition.
Additionally, the company appointed Swetha Sagar G as the Manager & Chief Business Officer designated as Key Managerial Personnel, effective June 15, 2024, for a term of five years, pending shareholder approval.
Shares of Butterfly Gandhimathi were trading 0.51% lower at ₹739 apiece on the BSE during late trading hours.
