Bajel Projects has secured a significant engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) order from Company Limited for a 220 kV transmission line project in . The project involves the construction of the Kalwa Kalyan Pal Line using monopoles, including foundation works.

The order, classified as significant under ‘ internal categorisation, falls within the ₹50 crore to ₹100 crore range. The contract is part of the company’s ordinary course of business and is expected to be completed within ten months from the issuance of the purchase order.

The project is a domestic EPC contract for power transmission line works, awarded by a domestic entity, Tata Power. Bajel Projects has confirmed that none of its promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in Tata Power, and the contract does not constitute a related party transaction.
