The Thane based company stated in its BSE regulatory filing, “We would like to inform you that at the Board Meeting held today, the Directors have declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.25/- and Special Dividend Rs. 0.50/~ per equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company.
