TVS Motor is all set to launch its newly updated Apache RR310 on August 30. The price is expected to be in the range of Rs. 2.50 lakh to Rs.2.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The launch of the updated model was delayed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The new Apache will feature new updates like better tyres and a modified engine. The bike which featured Michelin Road 5 tyres in 2020, will be equipped with TVS Protorq Extreme radials rubber in the new model. It will also feature a revised headlamp e design and will be available in new colour schemes.
According to Hindustan Times Auto, the bike currently has a 310cc single-cylinder engine which is capable of producing 34 hp of maximum power and comes with a six-speed manual transmission. The updated model is expected to introduce minor changes to the powertrain making it more refined.
The 2020 model has four riding modes- Sport, Urban, Track, and Rain along with disc brakes on both wheels. The bike also has dual-channel ABS and TFT screens with Bluetooth connectivity and riding telemetry. The new model is likely to have these features from its previous avatar.
